Kitayama sugi, copper

Kitayama sugi is a cedar species that specifically grows in the Kyoto region. It is traditonally used for some japanese buildings. Its growth is managed to make very straight, branch-free and slick trunks. Our collaboration with Kyoto Natural Factory‘s loudspeaker brand Nenrin takes advantage of the properties of this very special wood and of the know-how of those who with it to make a contemporary high-end handcrafted audiophile-grade object.
